UPH Inaugurates Four New Professors in the First Half of 2023

Over the past six months, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) inaugurated four new professors. This achievement reflects UPH’s commitment to academic excellence through the empowerment of faculty through their Tri Dharma activities of teaching, research, and community service.
The professors inaugurated included Professor of Accounting Prof. Dr. Golrida Karyawati P, M.Si, Ak, CA, CSRA; Professor of Respiratory Medicine Prof. Dr. dr. Allen Widysanto, SpP, TTS, FAPSR, FISR; Professor of Food Microbiology Prof. Dr. Ir. Adolf Jan Nexson Parhusip, M.Si; and Professor of Law Prof. Dr. Agus Budianto, SH, M.Hum, bringing the total number of active professors at UPH to become 25. UPH’s achievements in 2023 follow the same trajectory as previous years, where in 2021, UPH was appreciated by LLDIKTI Region III (Jakarta) for having the highest number of new professors for the year.
UPH is confident that the new professors will continue to contribute their wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience to the betterment of education at UPH, continuously growing its stature as a reputable private Christian university in Indonesia and globally. They are also expected to become beacons of light in the world of academia and play a significant role in helping propel the nation’s scientific and technological advancement.
