Stephanie Riady earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Wheaton College, her Masters of Education (M.Ed.) Degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Doctorate Degree (Ed.D.) from the University of Southern California. With a background in education, Stephanie is now involved at UPH and with the schools under the Pelita Harapan Foundation.

Richard Mascarenhas (CA, M.Com, LLB) serves as Financial Controller at the Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan. With a wide experience in accounting, finance & impact investment, he supports the leadership team in Finance Strategy Development.

After completing education in Taiwan and the USA, returning to Indonesia, Wiginy Kusliawan, MSc. Ed, began her service and dedication in the field of Education at Pelita Harapan School Lippo Karawaci in 1993. With dedication and expertise, this has led her to become the School System Coordinator for the Dian Harapan School Group (SDH) and Lentera Harapan School (SLH). Simultaneously, she was entrusted as the School Coordinator at UPH College, a pioneer in the transformation of high school education (SMA) since 2010. In addition, she also serves as the School System Coordinator for HOPE Academy, an International School implementing the IB Curriculum. Along with the Pelita Harapan Education Foundation, she consistently pioneers new breakthroughs to prepare the younger generation of Indonesia to face the rapidly changing world through the field of education.

Deny Kiswanto Sinaga earned his Bachelor's degree in Education from UPH, Teachers College, and pursued further studies at Calvin University, USA, to obtain a Master's degree in Education. With his academic foundation and experience ranging from serving as a teacher to a School Principal, he currently serves and supports the growth of Dian Harapan Schools and Lentera Harapan Schools, which are located across Indonesia.

Dr. Sheldon was hired to help establish UPH in 1994. Later, in 2007, they returned so he could lead UPH as President for three years. Dr. Sheldon has a tremendous amount of experience in educational leadership. Besides working at UPH twice, and at a range of institutions in the United States, he was President of Corban University in Oregon for the past ten years. He has forty years of experience in the administration of educational institutions, particularly in strategic planning, admissions management, and teambuilding.

Recky Rendy is a passionate and dedicated educator who is currently serving as Head of School for Hope Academy. After completing his studies at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and Universitas Pelita Harapan Teacher College, he has been working under Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan for over 13 years in a variety of school units. He is committed to improving education in Indonesia and producing future leaders who are excellent, competent, and, above all, possess Christlike qualities.

Gabriel E. Kusumawijaya is an Associate School System Coordinator at Lentera Harapan School. In his role, he helps coordinate and is responsible for ensuring that the school information system can run efficiently; supports established educational goals; and provide a quality educational experience and ensure that the educational environment at Lentera Harapan School provides a holistic and in-depth learning experience for each student, so that each student can recognize and develop every God-given talent, so that they can grow into complete human beings for the glory of Christ.
